Using Art Making for Self-care & Self-discovery

Art therapy is a great tool to release blocks, self-discovery, and then healing! It’s hard putting the past in the past and just being in the NOW peacefully. During the session, we will work on learning to love the possibility of tomorrow while gaining an appreciation of the past. Neurotransmitters can be stubborn to protect and keep people safe. This said unless we choose to release sometimes things can get stuck in the body and cause the repeating of patterns over decades. These art healing classes work towards the inner development of self-upgrades, changes, transformations, and redesigning our inner landscapes and or microfibers.

Upgrades are a must in this ever-growing evolving innovative world. A brief example is in the world where we can be anything why not climb a mountain where the mountain has no top? Said so lovely by a dear California friend, and why not be inclusive, warm, and kind to everyone not just selective people?  

Art Meets Therapy Sessions

In Art Meets Therapy Session – Next Series the participants will be guided to help strengthen inner beauty, gain deep compassion skills, and stay forever empowered to meet their own needs. Session goals are to dull or cease situations that empower the spread of darkness and work towards ending the cycle of societal plastic having any power or impact on you. Sessions also help find true understanding, deep forgiveness, and complete compassion for those unkind souls. 

Art Therapy sessions will help to see the possibility of new ways of thinking. To guide altering patterns of thinking. To support inner shifts and to make self-transformations over time.  The understanding of balancing both the masculine and feminine energies, inner chakras, releasing blocks, and will be touched upon during Art sessions!! Art sessions will also evoke inner self upgrades. We will also consider self-kindness, self-compassion, and boundary setting all to build stronger interconnection skills for yourself. Art recalibrates one’s existence! 

Ultimately, sessions help find inner reconciliation all while helping to make the world a better place since hurt people, as Will Bowen states.
